Introduction

Update your instance credentials easily and switch between multiple ServiceNow instances seamlessly for enhanced flexibility and convenience.

Update your instance credentials

First, after your intial login you can access your credentials by clicking the options button at the bottom of the popup extension.
Another way is by right-clicking on the extension icon and selecting options on the dropdown.

Multi instance use

If you have sub instances and need to test or develop, all you need to do is change your domain. Now you can use all the features based on that logged in instance.
